[Resolved] ICICI Bank — not give my relieving letter

Dear sir,

I served in icici bank from 1/4/2011 to 29/10/2015 but inspite of several reminders to hr also make sr in system my relieving letter not generated in system or nobody respond on my query.
Now i m working in kotak mahindra bank and my bank need my releiving letter.

Kindly help me to solve my problem.
My employee id was - 232459 my name - ankit sharma.
