[Resolved] ICICI Bank — NPS account KYC Verification pending

I have applied for eNPS on 22 Feb 2021 and selected ICICI Bank for bank verification, as I am a satisfied customer of ICICI Bank for past few years. But the status is """Tier I Status: Freeze due to KYC verification is pending at Bank""". I went to ICICI Bank, but they are not sure about the verification process. I had tried to reach customer care, but they have no understanding of this and are unable to help. I had raised complaint to ICICI Bank customer care, but they did not understand the question at all.
