[Resolved] ICICI Bank — NPS account KYC Verification pending | |
I have applied for eNPS on 22 Feb 2021 and selected ICICI Bank for bank verification, as I am a satisfied customer of ICICI Bank for past few years. But the status is """Tier I Status: Freeze due to KYC verification is pending at Bank""". I went to ICICI Bank, but they are not sure about the verification process. I had tried to reach customer care, but they have no understanding of this and are unable to help. I had raised complaint to ICICI Bank customer care, but they did not understand the question at all. My final option was to raise complaint here, hope ICICI Bank will take care of this this time. Was this information helpful? | |
