[Resolved] ICICI Bank — one assist cancelation | |||||
I received a call from icici bank and they told me that my debit and credit cards will be secured and many more things about adhar and pan card and in the end they just ask that is am able to understand the information and then they told i will get a toll free number to complaint about credit and debit card frauds and then today on 17 September 2018 after 1 day of that call a ammount of rs 1899/- has been debited from my account. Take this into consideration and cancel my one assist as it was a total miscommunication and the information was ambiguous and the caller are in hurry. They just deduct the amount and i don't want one assist on my cards kr account please cancel it and refund the total amount of 1899.
