[Resolved] ICICI Bank — one assist plan activation on icici credit card | |||||
I got frequent calls from this one assist, one day i discussed with their executive. They just briefly explains about the plan details. After this incident i called to icici customer service on 16th sept to confirm either any plan activated on my card, and he said none of the plan activated. And today 19th sept i got the message that 999/- transaction done through credit card regarding one assist plan activation. How these people will perform this action without my knowledge, even there is no information and confirmation. This one assist is doing illegal things wisely. 1. Why they are calling frequently until we pick those calls with different type of numbers even though we put this number in blacklist. 2. They are manipulating and confusing the customers with the way they are speaking. 3. No intimation before activating the plan. Note: it would be better and helpful to deactivate the plan as much as possible Was this information helpful? | |||||
