ICICI Bank — online account opened but not active account | |||
I opend a savings bank a/c on 26.09.2019. This is my a/c no[protected]. This a/c was opened online from icici bank website with 10 thousands rupees. My application id is[protected]. Till now my a/c is not active why bank service is too bad. When icici bank told me all process and kyc verification will done by 2 working days but why till now this is not done. Even i submit complain many times. But didn't get any phone call from customer help desk. Bank mail me debit card and cheque book send my adress but till now i did not get it. Please help me.
