[Resolved] ICICI Bank — online home loan application delays | |||
This is related to my home loan application [protected] that I started on 18th Aug 2018. Almost a month has passed and I also have a APS ID generated[protected] but there has been no contact from any ICICI bank executive. The current status of my application shows Disbursement under process, however I have no clue whom to contact for same. I also reached out to nearest loan servicing branch in Sec14 Gurgaon and got no help on my application and was told to apply fresh through offline process. I also have reached out to customer care and they told me to contact the representative mentioned on App. But the contact details mentioned of Anita Mahajan is always switched of.I feel the online process loan application for ICICI loan though heavily advertised is very poor on execution and does not have any customer care support to tackle queries related to documentation or disbursement. I request this forum to please escalate this matter to higher authorities so that such delays and poor customer experience is avoided. Was this information helpful? | |||
