[Resolved] ICICI Bank — otp not received/frequent failure | |
I am a icici bank customer. I tried to pay mngl bill through i mobile app several times, but not receiving otp. On talking to icici bank customer care they told me to to check with jio operator. I am getting all other sms, except this bank. There appears to be some problem with it network of icici bank, since this complaint has been lodged by do many customers. It is requested icici bank goes into details of the problem and not pass on blame to operator. Was this information helpful? | |
