ICICI Bank — payment debit but not credit in beneficiary account (muthoot fincorp)

I have done transition Rs. 5014 from My ICICI account towards My Muthoot Gold loan account through Tech Process, 5014 amount has been debited in my ICICI account but not credit in my loan amount, as per bank Transition is successful with RRN Number[protected], but as per muthoot transition is declined, plz do needful, & Cofirm transition is successful or not details are given below-
