[Resolved] ICICI Bank — payment deducted from account but not received in my account

Complaint against icici banki balbir kumar withdraw cash from atm for rs, 3500 on dt. 26.08.2019 in sector -32, chandigarh road, ludhiana. When i do the transaction payment deduct from account but cash not received. The payment is also reversed in my account at the same time the amount reversed is debit (Deduct) from my account when i inform to icici branch sector, 32 they ask we dont know you will ask customer care butr after complaint in customer care they ask for documentation but after fulfilling that documents they will not refund the amount debit from my account.

I want reliving letter but your alumni site is not working properly for last 2 days the same error was showing me in your sites i am already fill all the mandatory files but the error was showing "kindly fill all mandatory files".kindly solve this issue as sson as possible because its urgent.

I did transaction of 4 k and received message saying Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.4, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank ..this is the issue I'm facing and not able to contact anyone
