Personal loan I'd no lpbng[protected] my self kiran kumar s having taken personal loan of 700000 with monthly emi of 15136 due on 10th of every month. Due to some personal problems and some financial issues 3 months emi was kept pending and from June 2021 regularly I am paying each months emi also October month I paid one extra emi as the representative threatened of coming to my work place and also they called to the contacts of my colleagues and friends so remaining is only 2 months emi due.but I need a clarification that till now my account is not under NPA also I am responding to all the msgs and calls I am not a willful defaulter but how can a representative from collection department can come directly to my house and stand outside and keep on asking about the loan when the over due is not even over due more than 180 days..as per RBI direction first a written communication through mail or post to be sent to my adress if my account marked as NPA.also representative can come to adress if I am not responding or if I am willful defaulter..but now for every due they are coming to my adress how can I live peacefully and how can I sustain u r pressure/threat of coming to my work place.due to this if my family life breaks and if I commit some thing which I shouldn't to my self who will answer my 4 year old son.only because I taken personal loan from your bank that doesn't means that u can send agents to make my life miserable even after responding and paying regularly.Tell me the rules which followed by u r bank to collect the emis overdue and procedures guided by RBI to u.If a leading bank like u are doing like this what about other banks.because of ICICI I am facing such pressure in my life some times it forces me take make some bad decision because o[censored] r agents threats.
