[Resolved] ICICI Bank — personal loan emi | |
I am icici bank customer and holding a loan account with icici i had to pay emi for current month which i paid upfront logining to net banking as it was not deducted from icici After payment i came to know that icici has also deducted the emi for same month. After that i am continuously trying to contact icici to know the status no agent is contactable on the toll free since 6th april i am doing this also i mailed them the response today i receive from prachi bhogle senior management desk is as april 10 is a bank holiday i will receive response by 13 april. What kind of answer is this today is not 10 april why is such a pathetic response from a reputed bank. I need a resolution to this either you refund my payment or adjust it with coming emi but a proper response is expected or else i will escalate further query no is sr[protected] Was this information helpful? | |
