[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ppf account mba | |||||
Can someone help with the issue am facing with icici bank, jaynagar, bangalore? This issue is started in the year 2013 and still there is no end to it. Its of no use visiting branch. I had salary account at this bank and once i happened to visit the branch and they advised me to open a ppf account which with new account number and promised that i can maintain zero mba (Minimum balance account). Customer agent was so impressive and i opened immediately and started paying 1500 every month for more than one year. However am getting shocked to notice there is around 7-8k getting detected for the last 4 years with the reason form mba (Minimum balance amount) without even informing me how come they are detecting my amount? Went to branch and spoke to lady who forced me to open the account - she said she will reverse it but still there is no use. I had given written complaint to branch regarding this last year but still there is no response from them. Really frustrating bank. Not sure how can i get back to my ppf amount and close this senseless and disgusting icici bank a/c. Can anyone help on this? I need justice. Was this information helpful? | |||||
