ICICI Bank — refund of charges | |
Dear team i am holding saving a/c, personal loan, and auto loan from icici bank. as i am honestly paying all the previously bouncing charges and late payment charges in past month. but after paying all the due amount, i have deposited the amount of rs 13150 in two parts to pay regular emi of my auto and personal loan in november month which was debiting through mysaving a/c. But personal loan department debited extra amount from my saving a/c due towhich my auto loan emi bounce and they charged me bouncing charges. as i am honestly paid all my dues and this is breaching of trust, who allows you to debit my account without my permission. is bank has permission to debit any amount from customer account anytime? i am not going to pay any bouncing charges and kindly refund all the charges which was lieved in my account. customer care services is very pathetic and they cut my calls without my permission and without giving any resolution to my complain. if i am not getting any resolution from your side, i will lodge this complain to banking ombudsman or rbi 1.
