[Resolved] ICICI Bank — refund of incomplete transaction

I made two transaction to bookmyshow through icici upi... Both of which failed.. But i was credited one time for it.. Actually i made two transactions for 335. 40. But i was credited for only one transaction.. Even when both transactions failed.. I have attached the photo of my account statement and msg.. Which i received from icici.. I am attaching both here.. Please look in to this matter and refund my money

Updated by om kumar choudhary I have got sms that i have been credited with 335.40 of my refund.. On 12 December 2018...but its not showing in my bank statement account... Kindly see to it.. And reply soon.. I am attaching the sms and bank statement along with this.
