[Resolved] ICICI Bank — refund of money that got withdrawn from bank but did not reach the person it was supposed to be paid to | |
Hello sir/maam I tried to make a payment of ₹2965 to executive director school of open learning university of delhi. And i entered the bank details, received an otp and entered the same, got a message of the payment as well but didn’t get the receipt of the same nor was the payment being shown as paid to me. The following is my transaction id. I tried again and the same thing happened once again. So i have been charged twice but the payment was not done.
