[Resolved] ICICI Bank — refund process for failed transaction | |||
Dear sir, My complaint is regarding refund status of one failed transaction on 27th march, 2018 through net banking facility. The transaction failed but amount was debited from my account. I had raised a query with the merchant and received a reply from them that said transaction had failed and no amount has been received by them. Merchant name is - nsdl [nps]. Regarding this i have been trying to reach out to your customer care on daily basis but no help provided and no mechanism to log any complaint or grievance. Since the amount is big for me, half of my monthly salary, is a big concern for me. Request you to provide some help to me regarding this. Atul rai Was this information helpful? | |||
