[Resolved] ICICI Bank — refunds not received in my account | |
I had to receive 2 refund amount in my account, the other parties has confirmed they have refunded the amount to my account, still icici bank is not crediting the amount to my account, i have keep following up again and again. They provide lame excuse gateway issue etc and asking to provide mail screenshot so on. Still not providing the amounts to my account. 1. Case 1 : an amount has been refunded by uk immigration health department for cancellation of visa application on 27th jan 2020- till now not refunded by icici bank, i had raised sr for this sr71626495 2. Case2 : an amount has been refunded from make my trip for cancellation ticket booking due to their application issue on 21st feb 2020 - till now not refunded by icici bank i had raised sr for this sr[protected] Let me know icici bank always function in such a in proper manner Was this information helpful? | |

I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.
i already complaint but no response
