[Resolved] ICICI Bank — reg credit card permanently blocked

I had been using ICICI Credit Card from last 18 months and I never missed the payments. Unfortunately, I missed payments on May and June and I cleared the complete amount on July on the due date itself. Since my another savings account was blocked I wasn't able to make the payment. But now even after making the complete payment, they're not unblocking my card.

Rs.413 was debited in my account in the name of ECSRTCHGS100718, why this diduction happened, its not fair to diduct like this without any message. I will escalate in twitter and social network if i wont get any convincing reply from your side.
