[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Reg : Payment Not Done to Beneficiary and Not Return on my Account | |||
Dear SirGood Evening...!Sir i have a one query from you that i have made a payment of Rs 2000 on 7th of Octber from my account at 12 noon as per my bank payment as been done on customer bank account but customer told me that payment not hit on my account.So now my concern is that actually i have a mistake when i have sent a payment to bank then i have made a mistake with wrong IFSC code entered ALLA0210018 so for that payment has not done to payee because his account in State Bank Of India not in Allahabad but as per you they payment has successfully transfer so can you please help me on this i really too tense due to that i have called Many times on customer support but they did not respond me in right way they are giving me excuse always when ever i call to him.Sir i am poor man can't afford that loss so please its a huge request to you please return my amount on my bank please.Please find the below details which i have entered.
