[Resolved] ICICI Bank — regarding cancelled transaction of 949 rs | |||
Myself vivek sodhi is having saving account in icici bank. My customer id is[protected]. On 15.06.2018 i have made a transaction to kanhaiya fashion of rs 949.00 which was debited from my account twice. Kanhaiya fashion has told me that he has received the amount only one time & he has given me cancelled transaction failed copy receipt. Till date i have not received reversal of my amount. I have also called in icici customer care but executive has not registered my complaint. Kindly look into this matter on priority basis. Was this information helpful? | |||
