[Resolved] ICICI Bank — regarding cheating in fastag | |
Hi, i have taken fastag from icici bank using from last 2 months. When i parked my car in hyderabad airport on 30/12/2019 around 6am and taken back my vehicle on 31/12/2019 at around 6.40 pm. Actual charge for that parking will be rs. 500 (Rs. 300 for the first 24 hrs and rs 200 for every next 24 hrs) but i had been charged rs. 1200 and my account blacklisted due to minus balance. Main reason for introducing fastag is to save the time but icici have taken 40 mins just to connect to their customer care and i have been waiting on call till then by listening to ivr. After 40 mins, some executive have attended the call and telling me that customers have to wait that much time to get connected. How pity to give a response like that. He told me that it will take 7-8 working days to refund and its almost 1 month i didnt got anything and he disconnected in the middle. Now my main question is whether i have to travel or not because my fastag was blocked and i have to go by cash lane only after paying the convinience fees and maintaining the balance in my fastag account. This is the worst service. Its been a waste of money, waste of time. My feeling is the motto of introducing fastag is not fulfilled because of these private vendors.
