[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Regarding ECSRTNCHG

One of my relation is a customer of ICICI Bank. For the past 6 months, she is charged for an amount of 9k apprx without reasons and no- prior informations. 590, 590, 590, 189, 190 rs, nw in my account balance is zero something is name called as ECSRTNCHGS, plz refund my money, wthout our intimation, msg or cal, hw can u ppl deduct lk thz, so plz refund my money n solve my problem, my email I'd is [protected]@gmail.com
