ICICI Bank — reject cash deposit

Dear sir,
I am employee of cbsl bhiwani in recovery deptt.
My company current account is continue running with your icici bank.
In this account i want to deposit my company recovery cash. But your employees miss simran & mr mankeshwer
Rejected my cash for deposit
They are saying we do not deposit your cash. You will deposit your cash our other branch.
We are not accept your cash but other branch teller also rejected for deposit
I have faced this problem many time
I have done complained about it many time but not solved till today
Pls do needfull
