Icici bank — deactivate one assist plan of icici bank Mahalakshmi Date of incident : 7 august 2017 I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. I purchase petol of ₹1000.00 from Yadav Motor on 7/08/2017 7.52.29am through ICICI bank Debit card.
₹29.50 has been debited on 11/8/2017 for this transaction which should not have been as per petroleum minister government of India.
Such charges are detrimental for going digital or cashless.
Please refund the same on top priority
