[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Rs. 2000 Deducted by the bank | |||||
Hi Team, ICICI bank has debited Rs. 2000 from my account on 07-Jan-2017. I went to withdraw money from SBI ELGIN ROAD KOLKATA BRANCH ATM by using my ICICI ATM. But transaction was unsuccessful by displaying an error ''sorry unable to process'' but money was debited from my account and received the notification from ICICI Bank. Then I went HDFC bank ATM and withdraw Rs.2000. I reported the same thing to the ATM security guard and he said go the SBI bank and report a complaint. As per SBI Bank staff's I need to logged a complaint via ICICI bank money was debited by their side. I also went to ICICI Bank and report the same. ICICI branch staff asked me wait I will get the money back within an hour, if not then logged a complaint by calling customer care. I done and asked to wait 7 working days. On 16-Jan-2017 I received an SMS from ICICI Bank that ''we cannot process your request as it was successful transaction'' I called up again to the customer care and speak with their supervisor. I logged another complaint on 16-Jan-2017 and asked them to verify the ''video footage'' of that SBI bank and check the details. On 31-Jan-2017, I got to know from customer care team that they checked with SBI bank of that ATM and transaction was successful and they cannot refund the Amt. Also they cannot check the video footage and this is final solution from their end. Its request to you, Please intervene in this issue on priority basis and asked the bank check the video footage to verify the details. I did not received and amount and transaction was not successful I have the error receipt for the same. I only received the money which I have withdrawed from HDFC bank not from SBI bank. I did not received any email or from the bank. I raised this issue to banks customer care and logged the complaint. However not getting the proper resolution. Please help. I suffering this issue from last 7th jan 2017. ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
