ICICI Bank — spelling mistake in sb account

There is spelling mistake in my sb account where us it is correct in current
Account. Both accounts are opened while i was working in bank of madura accessible with same user id and password
When i referred the mistake they asked me to produce certified true copy of the gazette publishing details for the change of name.
But i never changed my name to produce any such document
By mistake the bank has committed the error in sb account
I have been writing / mailing the customer care and approaching the branches but no remedy
[Mar 13, 2018] ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
