ICICI Bank — Surcharge on petrol refill

I got refuelling in my car from a peteol station in himachal of rs 1000 on 01 may 2017. My accont details show a deduction of amount 28.76 as surcharge at a later date (08 may 2017) without any info.. My contact no is [protected]... And e mail is [protected]@yahoo.co.in... Kindly look into this matter urgently... Looking for a prompt response from your side
