ICICI Bank — the threatening call from the icici customer care regarding credit card medical coverage | |||
This is surender and i am working in mnc as process engineer. I have salary account in icici bank with credit card too. I had the threatening call from icici bank customer care. Incident happen on 26.09.2017 with three consecutive calls from the icici customer care number [protected] and last call from this number [protected]. (Icici lombard lombard chennai) I get call from icici credit card customer care with name as sangeetha (Not sure with the name) regarding medical care coverage of 6 lakhs with 350/month as emi and payable 2 yerars. Her talking way is not good and she is not fit for the job named as customer care. As a customer they want to rectify our query but she don"t have knowledge about that.. How the bank taking them without knowledge. Finally, she told the plan is activated amount will be detected from your credit card and it converted as emi. (How can the customer care personnel approving the plan without getting approval from the customer) I want to know how she threatening to approving the plan without get permission from the customer.
