[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Third part Loan Settled but ICICI Bank Refuses to remove Debit Freeze.

My past company Znome Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. had taken a Loan from IIFL & on the 13-June 2022, the loan was settled & the same settlement letter was shared with ICICI BANK where we had our Current Account & as well as my own Savings Account :[protected] & Salary Account[protected]. Now as after the settlement when I went down to operate my both savings & my Salary account, my both the account had Debit Freeze. On speaking with the Bank Manager - it was verbally communicated to me that IIFL had issued a Debit Freeze on all my account on the month of April 2022. But when i had requested please give me some documents as to why debit freeze was caused on my account, the Bank Manager says that they cannot provide me any documents nor they cannot remove the Debit Freeze from their end as IIFL imposed it. According to him I had to get it down from IIFL, but when i showed him the IIFL Settlement Letter, according to them it has to come from IIFL & as for IIFL I have tried to contact them personally in every level according to them there was no court notice issued by them, nor after that i have got any kinds of help from either of the side. I really do not know what to do, please help me.
