Have tried 3 time online transaction for paying bill using icici credit card but it fails both time; Dear customer, transaction of inr xxxx on credit card xxxx is withheld due to security reasons. Pls call our customer care. Kindly note that due to covid-19 situation, even i am unable to reach out to customer care. Kindly help resolve my issue at the earliest as possible.
