[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Unauthorised transaction from debit card | |
I lost 94000 during an online transaction via rechargecube.in . It was an unauthorized transaction. I have immediately called the customer care to block the amount within 30mins of this incident and create a dispute. The bank says they are not responsible for this and the transaction is completed and transferred to the beneficiary . They are unable to trace the beneficiary account and not helping in recovering the amount. Asking me to wait till the cyber crime dept finds a resolution to this. Was this information helpful? | |
