[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Unauthorised transaction in my account XX045 | |
My account was debited Rs.199 for no apparent reason. The following message was received: Txn of INR 199.00 done on Acct XX045 on 12-Jan-21.Info: VSI*AMAZON ST.Avbl Bal:INR 2, 567.93.Call 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 045 to [protected] I have not made any transactions today and I do not have any auto renewal subscriptions. I have not received any otp or any transaction intimation. This is the second time the money has deducted from my account. When I contacted ICICI Bank customer service they said it is not their fault. Apparently there are other icici customers with the same issue and this is a common occurrence.
