[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — unauthorised transactions

This is to bring to your kind notice that unauthorised transactions has been made from my debit card on 15th July 2018

Please find the below information on the unauthorised transactions

Total Unauthorised Transactions: 10
Payment info: VIN*FACEBK ADS
Date of Occurrence: 15th July 2018 (But in Alert Message it is 16th July 2018)
Time: 14:02 to 14:06 (Alerts received to my mobile and mail)

Request has been taken on the id: SR[protected]

How transaction can be done with out OTP?
How 10 transactions can be made within 4 minutes?
How transaction can happen with future date?

Please look in to the issue as soon as possible
