[Resolved] ICICI Bank — understanding of o/s raised in credit card | |||
Hi, I have stopped using icici credit card long before has i had a very bad experience. Its an utter harresment which is happening to me. I have nth number of time asked the caller to provide me the details of amount reflecting in the outstanding but the same is not given & over the period of years they have just added interest and unnecessarily hampered my cibil score. Need to know how why & when the purchase was made? If i get the correct resolution i would be happy.
