[Resolved] ICICI Bank — undue delay, improper handling, misrepresentation | |||
Have put up a loan case to icici after giving all required details by icici. Icici has sanctioned the same and confirmed that the loan disbursement shall be done within maximum 1 week. However, after making the agreement and giving the bank the original agreement and other necessary documents, they failed to honour the timeline. Further, at this point of time, they have informed us that the apf (On whose basis they have sanctioned the loan) is with icici finance department so they have to make the apf again. Even after 16 days, they are not giving a proper clarity and everytime they are re-assuring that they will get back to us on timeline. They are still keeping us in dark wrt. The dates. Also, how could they sanction the case if the apf (Approved financing project) was not done with icici bank at all? Was this information helpful? | |||
