[Resolved] Icici Bank — uninformed charges by icici bank - dcardfee

I am icici user since more than 5 years and recently while going through my september-2018 transactions, i saw the deduction of some charges by the bank not only once but twice for the same month without informing me about the charges.

Note: dcardfee detected two times, why?
A/c name: vaibhav sharma
A/c number :[protected]

What is this and why am i being charged for this, even once charged is understood why twice for the same month.

Kindly resolve the issue. Please.
