[Resolved] ICICI Bank — uninformed deduction of money from my bank account (dcardfee) | |||
A sum of rs. 925.92 (I. E. Rs. 337.11 + rs. 588.81) has been deducted from my icici bank account (Account no:[protected] in the name of "dcard fee" on 06/03/2018. I haven't been informed by the bank regarding the deduction in any form. On inquiring the branch they asked me to call on [protected] and raise a complaint there. However, i didn't find any such option there. This is completely unethical. I thereby, strongly demand the refund for my deduction. Was this information helpful? | |||
