ICICI Bank — university fees | |
I was paying my exam fee towards kl university in eazypay gateway from vijaya bank account. Money has been deducted and payment was successful but not updated in college exam portal and displaying reference and didn't received transaction confirmation or transaction reference number from eazypay and couldn't find transaction history in eazypay website. I have raised a SR for double transaction of 834/- rupees from CSD canteen on 18 Sept 2017. After 2 months enquiry bank representative said we can't refund you, as merchant rejected to give amount.
