[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Unknown deductions multiple times

I was supposed to pay my to mutual funds sip on april 8th, 2021 but the auto-debit never happened due to fund insufficient. On 9th april 2021 i received a notification from icici stating that due to insufficient balance ecs could not be processed. I checked with my merchant on this and they have received the required emi amount. But i can see that inr 590 has been debited with the transactions message
ecsrtnchg 590 debit.
None of the customer care numbers are working and i am unable to report this issue.
