[Resolved] ICICI Bank — unnecessary charges in credit card | |||
I have been charged with unnecessary charges of rs 3800 on my icici amazon credit card since november 2019. They charged a late fee without notification. Unnecessary interest charges and late fee charges which has now reached around 3800 have been charged to the blocked credit card as well. These conditions were no where mentioned. No notification of credit card payment was made by icici. Please credit back these unnecessary credit card charges of rs 3800 to biller as card is now blocked. Please credit back late fee+interest charges of rs 3800 back to credit card and stop fooling the customers without notifying them. Was this information helpful? | |||
