ICICI Bank — unsolicited deductions from account!

I happened to see my statement today and am extremely dismayed. There have been multiple unsolicited deductions from my account. Neither was i intimated about them, nor were the amounts refunded.
This reflects extremely poorly on a bank such as icici, especially when loyal customers and have sought to transact and speak good of the bank on multiple occasions.
This cannot be a minor procedural lapse. It is equivalent to cheating, a much more serious crime.
I need the amounts (And other such debit transactions) to be refunded at the earliest!
