[Resolved] ICICI Bank — upi transaction failed but amount got debited from icici bank account | |||
I have made a UPI transaction by mobikwik app on 28th may'19 for rs. 1000/- through my ICICI bank account[protected] to pay my credit card bill. Money has been debited from my account but payment was not credited to the beneficiary account. I have checked with Mobikwik Care team regarding this transaction & they replied that (UPI transaction attempt with reference number[protected] could not be successful and amount has not been processed to beneficiary's bank account.) I have already complaint to ICICI care (vide reference SR[protected] but they told that it was successfully credited to beneficiary account. Now, I request to ICICI to back this transaction from beneficiary account as they are refusing to accept this payment & refund the same to my account.
