Hello,
I have apply for icici personal loan
So submit my document to associated company with icici bank name finnexbspl.

So i called the executive to know my application status but no reply from there side.
Even is mailed my salary statement from my official email i. D.

There phone executive is also very unprofessional and executive has to be trained well because don't know the documents process properly.

Sale executive should me well trained.
