ICICI Bank — Void payment refund not received | |||
Hello, we have used POS machine of ICICI bank (MID-[protected] TID[protected], on the date of[protected] our customer have used his rupay card for purchase of some products. by mistake we entered amount of Rs.5710/- instead of Rs.571/-. we immediately void the wrong payment of Rs.5710/- with approve code - 468858. Further we wait for 2 days for refund the void amount to customer saving account but he didnt received the amount. then we talk to customer care of ICICI BANK MERCHANT DEPARTMENT for many time and given all supporting documents but today we got mail that "We do not have system functionality Rupay transactions for manual capture, hence we cannot process the same." Still customer not received the amount and facing the problem for rs.5710/-. copy of void slip attached herewith. Was this information helpful? | |||
