[Resolved] ICICI Bank — void sale - no refund yet - 7 working days so far | |||
Hi On 15/05/2019, rs. 3898 deducted from my icici bank account from a clothing store. In next 2 min, we found that he charged wrong amount (Took extra 500 rs.). So he told me that he voided that transection. It's been 10 days (7 working days), i didnt receive money back in my icici bank account. I have confirmed with marchant, he confirmed that they have voided the transaction and i have void slip as well. I have raised a complain in icici dispute department, they told me it will resolved in 7 days but no update so far. Kindly request you to fasten up the process and help me refund my money back.
