On Tuesday 18th October 2022 amount of 39999 rs was deducted from my account at a electronic store against a wrongly swip by merchant.
But as soon as we realized we informed the manager within 5 mins. Hence it was not settled he gave us the void sale receipt for that transaction and told that in maximum 24 hours the amt will be refunded to my account.
On the same day, i contacted the customer care executive of icici bank and explained him on the issue, for which they asked me to wait for 24 hours.
I waited for 24 hours and found no refund credited into my account
I contacted the customer care executive of icici bank on friday that is 19th October 2022 where they took my complaint and asked me to send the void sale receipt image (Which i did) through the mail to [protected]@icicibank.com where the disputes team would check and refund your amount.
Kindly request you to fasten up the process and help me refund my money back.
