[Resolved] ICICI Bank — waiver - credit card late charges | |||
Hi — I have been charged rs. 750+135 for late payment of bill due on 06.10.2019 for my credit card. I have paid the due amount on 10.10.2019. Due to continuous holiday, most of the banks were are holiday from 05.10-2019 till 9.10.2019. I tried to make the payment, there were issues in the website as well as app. It may be due to browser or server issue. I tried mybest to pay the credit card balance. The funds needs to move from icici saving account to icici credit card account. Icici charged late fee are on higher side for three days and it is harsh action by icici bank. Such penal action for meager fault is forcing me to consider the closer of credit card account as i have other banks credit cards but no such penalty ever made by any bank. I hold icici saving account for almost 10+ years. The gratitute the show on customer is not good. I request to waive the charge by reversing the charges and tax to maintain quality customer relationship. I shall be thankful. Balaji s Was this information helpful? | |||
