[Resolved] ICICI Bank — waiver of penalty | |
Last month for the first time i could not pay on time for which bank charged me 500 penalty fees and also 339 as interest charges tax extra. This is what i am getting after being a loyal customer, you can check my track record i had always paid my bills on time. There was some emergency due to which i could not pay If you cannot waiver charges than this will be last transaction and i will switch to other bank Was this information helpful? | |
