[Resolved] ICICI Bank — wpp charge deducted | |
I have been charged under wpp which i didn't approved but still the amount got deducted twice which is last year an this year. On cancellation, it again got activated without any information this year. Neither did they refunded the last year's amount after complaining. I want the full refund of both the amounts. I did not get any information through sms or email of any sort regarding the policy and the amount got deducted on it's own. The cusmtor excutives are rigid on blaming instead of solving my issue.
