[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Wrong Deduction By ICICI Bank - yet case not resolved | |||
Dear Team Amount of 2359/- rs deduct from my ICICI bank account under remarks NACH_AD_RTN_ CHAG. One deduction of amount 4442/- with remarks LPRUP[protected]_DM_KULDEEP_SI .Why this deduct without any intimation? This is totally worst I'm in hospital and your bank deduct this amount continuously. I want strong revert with reversal amount from you. Please provide reason Immediately Also your customer care not do clarity on it. Where can I go for solution pls confirm. I marked 1st escalation to you and your agent asked it will 100% refundable but you have download Team Viewer app and give access to him for my phone then he will check is it a genuine customer? whts the way to resolve this how can I do this, so many confidential data in my phone. Your customer care totally worth they asking please visit your nearest branch for support and branch member asking it can resolve only by customer care. My new EMI date 5th may and 10th may if you are not provide me help again we miss same . Please it's my humble request to you without taking remarks from customer don't close his escalation as resolved.
